Alexander Roitburd, was born in 1961 in Odessa, Ukraine, where he currently lives and works.

Roytburd’s art works is represented by such renowned museums as Museum of Modern Art (MOMA), Zimmerli Art Museum, Duke University Museum of Arts, The State Tretyakov Gallery, The State Museum of Contemporary Art “Tsaritsyno” and other museums.
